Poverty Action, under its DFID Girls’ Education Challenge project in Rwanda, is
currently recruiting an evaluation team to deliver between Sept 2017 to
November 2019 a baseline, midline and final evaluations as well as part time
ongoing M&E support. Applicants may be based anywhere in the world but will
conduct the evaluations in Rwanda. We are looking for teams, preferably with
previous GEC experience, with strong experience usin

g experimental or
quasi-experimental techniques; using quantitative and qualitative research and
analysis in combination; and experience designing, calibrating, and applying
learning tests (EGRA, EGMA, SeGRA, SeGMA, etc.)
