Health benefits of vegetables

Reduce Heart attack and stroke (vegetables containing
dietary fibre).
 ii.     Helps in bowel movement and constipation (fibre
containing vegetables)
iii.     Helps the body form Red blood cells(vegetables containing
folic acid),especially women of child bearing age.

iv.    Dietary fibre containing vegetables also help
lower blood cholesterol .
v.  Diets rich Potassium may help to maintain healthy
blood pressure(Sweet Potatoes, White Beans, Soya Beans).
vi.Diets rich vegetable reduces risk neutral tube
defect, spinal bifidal and anencephaloy during foetal development.
vii.Vegetables rich in Vitamin A keeps eyes and skin
against healthy and helps to protect against infection.
viii. Vegetables rich in Vitamin C helps hail cuts and
wounds, keeps teeth and gums healthy. Vitamin C aimed on Iron absorption.
