Your new role
In this position you will be handling inbound inquiries from existing customers
in relation to their online trading accounts. You will be actioning their
requests, engaging with the client and conducting a needs analysis around their
finances to identify referral opportunities while providing exceptional
customer service.
What you’ll need to succeed
To be successful with this position you will be degree educated and have a
personal interest in finance and investments. You will portray an outgoing and
engaging personality with the ability to build rapport quickly. You will have a
strong desire to learn and progress your career within investments.
