Upon joining the company you will embark on a structured training programme, consisting of a combination of personal mentoring and classroom based training. You will be learning how to identify and headhunt prospective candidates, name gathering, market mapping and obtaining commitment from suitable candidates to meet with a Consultant. As you become more experienced, you will have the opportunity to pitch for new business, ascertaining the hiring needs of new and existing clients and manage the recruitment process through to negotiating offers and closing deals.

Ideally having a 2:1 degree or above, you will be able to demonstrate a track record of achievement throughout your life, through sport, work and/or extra-curricular activities. Sales experience will be an asset but it not a prerequisite due to the standard of training on offer.
