As an Executive Search Researcher you will be required to:
• Heavily research the marketplace for potential companies for suitable candidates
• Identify potential targets within companies and decide on the ideal approach
• Organise interviews and assessments for candidates
• Negotiate salary, benefits and bonus packages
• Control the resignation process to ensure a smooth transition
