Full-time students who are in financial need and are studying at the above schools/colleges may apply.
Scholarship Open for International Students: No
Scholarship Description: The Fund which was established in 1955 provides maintenance grants to students who are in financial need as assessed under a means test and are pursuing full-time courses at one of the following institutions : Secondary 4/Senior Secondary 1 to Secondary 6/Senior Secondary 3 courses of the secondary day schools approved by the Education Bureau; Certain courses of the Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education and Youth College under the auspice of the Vocational Training Council.
