offer to join their team as the Administration Manager. In this role, you will
be based in a glamorous office in Melbourne’s CBD.
To be considered for this role, you will have had previous experience in a
similar role (Retail), specifically within a
shopping centre environment. Your
sound knowledge and understanding of financial and accounting processes, along
with your outstanding administration skills is essential. Your expertise using
the Microsoft Office Suite, excellent organisational and communication skills,
as well as your ability to multitask will be pivotal to your success.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with tenants, solicitors and
owners
• Manage rental arrears
• Collation of retail sales figures
• Updating and maintaining a lease database
• General administrative duties
