INVITATION TO BID FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION
Sequel to the approval by Gombe State Government for the Automation of all the processes of the Gombe State Internal Revenue, notice is hereby given to interested IT Firms to bid for pre-qualification on the following works:
(I) Deployment of Software Web-Based On Revenue Collection, Monitoring And Reporting System
(II) Deployment of software Web-Based On Vehicle Registration of Gombe State internal Revenue Service
CONDITION FOR ELIGIBILITY
Prospective applicants are required to submit their expression of interest with evidences of the following:-
(i) Evidence of registration with corporate affairs commission
(ii) Current tax clearance certificate and VAT certificate
(iii) Evidence of previous similar jobs executed
(iv) Evidence of registration with State Government and GIRS
(v) Company profile
SUBMISSION
All submission must be accompanied with a bank draft of Thirty Five Thousand Naira (N35.000.00) non-refundable fee payable to the Gombe State Internal Revenue Service IGR. Account NO: 0056754317 domiciled at Access bank and addressed to the Executive Chairman Gombe State Internal Revenue Service in a sealed envelope and clearly marked “WEB-BASED DEPLOYMENT TO GIRS”
CLOSING DATE
All prospective applicants should submit their applications as mentioned above not later than two weeks from the date of this publication (14, November, 2019). Pre-qualification submissions will be publicly opened in the Board room at 2:00pm prompt on the same date in the presence of all stakeholders.
