• This position serves as the primary subject matter expert across organization as it relates to all Statutory (MAS Insurance Act) , US GAAP and IFRS accounting policy and governance.
• Ensures accurate and timely reporting of financial results, preparation of financial statement, financial reports and analyses for local regulatory, US GAAP and IFRS reporting.
• Supervise all aspects of the financial reporting cycle
• Supervise analysis of the accounting treatment and recording of non-standard accounting transactions.
• Work closely with external auditor to ensure completion of audit on a timely basis.
• Liaise with Regional CAO in evaluating and implementing new accounting standards.
Job Requirements:
• Possess Degree in Accounting or Equivalent with minimum 10 years of experience
• IFRS and SFRS (Singapore Financial Reporting Standard) is good enough
• Welcome auditors who have experience in reporting
• Eye to details and meticulous
