An opportunity has arisen for a highly experienced Business Support Coordinator to join the Brisbane Environment & Planning business group within a global consultancy. This pivotal position will involve establishing and developing strong working relationships within the Environment & Planning Group, whilst providing one on one support to the Business Group Manager. As a key function within a large team of professionals, you will play an integral part in providing both administrative and secretarial support to enable the team to achieve its business objectives.

As a valued member within the business, this varied position will involve;
• Assisting in the preparation of project reports and proposals
• Attending and recording of business group meetings
• Generating meeting invitations and agendas
• Managing training requests for the business group
• Travel support and assistance to the travel coordinator
• Coordinating and assisting with invoices
• Maintaining the central project document control system
• Supporting the team of business support coordinators across the South Queensland Operating Centre

Providing exceptional customer service the successful applicant will possess:
• Advanced skills in Word, Excel and PowerPoint and working knowledge of Lotus notes
• Tested minimum typing speed of 60wpm
• Extensive experience in a administrative team support role
• Experience working within a technical, consultancy environment would be highly desirable

With excellent communications skills combined with the ability to multi task a varied workload, your attention to detail will be paramount as will your positive, and enthusiastic team approach. You will have the desire to work within a supportive team and take ownership of challenges and provide solutions within the GHD business.
