Wheel Inn, Scone near PerthMulti award winning Maclay Inns are now recruiting an experienced General Manager or Management Couple with great drive and passion, to take the helm at the Wheel Inn situated in Scone, near Perth.Fully refurbished, the Wheel Inn is already a leading unit in our portfolio with exciting plans for the future. The unit provides a well renowned high quality offer for eating and drinking meeting the needs of local, business and tourist trade alike.
The ideal candidate:
• will have a minimum of 3 years experience leading both bar and food operations in a rural or destination outlet.
• will excel in delivering great standards to our customers, through developing and inspiring your team to become the most successful operator in the local market place.
• must be able to demonstrate a track record of measurable sales building within a standards led environment, and show past experience of implementing successful marketing/advertising strategies.
• must have knowledge of the local area and key competitors.
On offer is a great salary, with an achievable bonus scheme based on KPI achievement. Accommodation could be available if required.
