The ideal candidate:
• will have a minimum of 3 years experience leading both bar and food operations in a rural or destination outlet.
• will excel in delivering great standards to our customers, through developing and inspiring your team to become the most successful operator in the local market place.
• must be able to demonstrate a track record of measurable sales building within a standards led environment, and show past experience of implementing successful marketing/advertising strategies.
• must have knowledge of the local area and key competitors.
On offer is a great salary, with an achievable bonus scheme based on KPI achievement. Accommodation could be available if required.
