PURPOSE:
PURPOSE:
Under
direct supervision of the MEAL Officers with reporting matrix to Technical
Advisor and Program Manager, DATA ENTRY CLERK will support USAID Twiyubake
Program by doing data entry on regular basis into Twiyubake Program Management
Information System (TPMIS) and checking data collection process from village
level to district level. S/he will closely work with MEAL Officers and other
project staff to ensure that the MIS and other data collection tools are
updated on monthly basis as well as conducting data quality check and audit in
order to comply with Data Quality Assessment protocol.

- Assist
the MEAL Officers to develop systematic and realistic monitoring plans
that capture quantitative and qualitative data to report on project
performance indicators; - Entering
data provided by the Program into Twiyubake Program Management Information
system and SAVIX MIS on regular basis. - Assist
MEAL officers inData quality audit - Ensure
the proper filing of primary data collection tools and field reports - Assist
MEAL Officers in the collection of data from the field for reporting to
donors - Support
program staff to generate report from TPMIS and SAVIX MIS for strategic
planning - Together
with other staff participate in the monitoring of program activities as well
as evaluation exercises for various initiatives of the program; - Perform
any other duties as assigned by his/her supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
AND EXPERIENCE
AND EXPERIENCE
- achelor
degree in Public Health, Management, Statistics, Development studies, ICT
or related field - Demonstrate
ability and commitment to work under pressure - At
least 2years’ experience of working in the data managementand data entry
especially using online database(MIS) - Strong
computer skills including Microsoft Excel, Power Points, Word and
statistical software - Ability
to generate report from online database and excel spreadsheet - Fluency
in Kinyarwanda and English (both verbal and written) - Experience
in USAID funded programs is an added advantage
