As the Store Manager you will be responsible for
leading a large team to achieve the customer service and sales objectives set
out by the company. Visual merchandising would be a strong focus as would
inventory management and effective wage control. You would utilise

years of Retail Management to ensure the new Canberra store is exceeding
expectation.
It is desirable that you will have large format
retail experience potentially within a department store or with discount &
variety. You would be used to managing large teams, dealing with large
deliveries and working under pressure. This will be a brand new store so the pressure
will be on and you will need to utilise your time management skills.

Salary range: Up to $60K + Super
Roster: Fixed roster
Location: Woden
Hours of operation: Standard Fulltime Retail hours
Bonus’s: Company, Managers bonus structure
Position Requirements
Must have previous Large format Retail experience in Management
Experience working in a fast paced environment
Competent with financial reporting
Experienced with setting rosters
Volume Stock and Visual merchandising flair, especially with bulky goods
Strong people management focus and mentor skills
