Finance and Administration
Frontier Services is
a not for profit organisation and a major provider of residential and community
aged care services in the Northern Territory and the Kimberley region of
Western Australia.
The position reports to the Director Services (NT) and is a member of the
senior management team,
The successful
applicant will be responsible for:
Processing
of resident fees
Monthly
invoicing to aged care facilities and external stakeholders
Reconciliation
of accounts
Data
entry and debt collection
Liaising
with resident families
Creation
of finance reports
Essential
Skills and Knowledge:
Post-secondary
qualification in business administration, accounting or equivalent
Minimum
2 years financial management and/or accounts processing experience
Experience
with general office administration functions and processes
Excellent
communication and organisational skills
Ability
to prioritise competing tasks
Ability
to adapt to a challenging environment
