Our Client, a role player in the Manufacturing Industry is seeking the services
of a Fleet Controller in Botswana.
Duties &
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee all aspects
vehicle and plant management
-Inspection of
vehicles and plant
-Loss control
management
-Vehicle- and plant
service scheduling
-Breakdowns and
licensing related duties
-Ensure safety in
the workplace
-Briefing and
Debriefing of drivers
-Fleet tracking,
deliveries and coordinate safety training for employees
-Monitor the
transport department’s efficiency and performance
-Improve
productivity
-Reduce errors
-Set budgets for the
transportation department and approve acquisitions
-Excellent problem
solving skills
-Negotiate contracts
with new vendors
-Suitable candidate
must have an analytical approach
Minimum Requirements:
-Grade 12
-Fleet Management
Qualification
-Fluently Afrikaans
& English speaking
-Fluency in Tswana
would be of advantage
-Strong verbal and
written communication skills
-Previous Fleet
Management Experience is of utmost importance
-Botswana Citizens
