Our client a leading Coffee Marketing Agent wishes to recruit a dynamic, proactive and versatile individual to fill a vacant position of a Field Services Manager.
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer the role holder with the support of the Regional Field Officers shall be in charge of;
• Securing marketing agency contracts for the company with the growers.
• Promoting production, processing and marketing of coffee among the growers on behalf of the Business Line.
• Collecting and collating data from the field pertaining to coffee production.
• Participating in AGMs, education days and management meetings in coffee zones are attended.
• Liaison with growers and other company departments
• Advising farmers on good coffee husbandry practices.
Experience and Qualifications:
• Degree in Agriculture related field/Marketing
• Experience in a field / marketing environment dealing with agriculture-related commodities with more emphasis on coffee for a period not less than 5 years
• Exposure to the coffee value chain a definite advantage.
• Age between 34 years to 40 years
