PROJECT EXECUTIVE, QUALITY MANAGEMENT
Across Singapore
Responsibilities:
• Liaise closely with Site Manager/ Executive for units ready to be audited
• Assist the Assistant Manager, Quality Management in auditing the completed documentations by site QCC members including site verifications based on completed checklists filed at site
• Carry out quality audit (100% check) of the developments and liaise with Customer Management Unit for release of completed units to customers
• Report non-conformance on quality practices to Assistant Manager, Quality Management for follow-up actions
• Prepare and submit consolidated audit report to Assistant Manager, Quality Management fortnightly
• Participate in workshops and discussions on quality issues for improving the product quality of our developments
• Assist in any other adhoc duties which may be assigned from time to time as required
• Perform some quality assurance role in the compliance
Requirements:
• Degree/ Diploma in Architecture/ Engineering/ Building or equivalent
• Good communication skills and familiar with Conquas 21
• At least 3 years of working experience in related field
• Experience with Contractor would be an advantage
