CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE, TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Responsibilities:
• Liaise closely with Project Managers for units ready to be audited
• Carry out quality audit (100% check) of the developments and liaise with Quality Management team for release of completed units to customers
• Report non-conformance on quality practices to team leader for follow-up actions
• Prepare and submit consolidated relevant reports to team leader weekly
• Participate in workshops and discussions on quality and customer issues for improving the quality and service of our developments
Requirements:
• Degree/ Diploma in Architecture/ Engineering/ Building or equivalent
• Good communication skills and meticulous
• At least 3 years of working experience in related field
• Experience with Contractor would be an advantage
