CUSTOMER SERVICE EXECUTIVE, TECHNICAL SUPPORT

Responsibilities:
- Liaise closely with Project
Managers for units ready to be audited - Carry out quality audit (100%
check) of the developments and liaise with Quality Management team for
release of completed units to customers - Report non-conformance on
quality practices to team leader for follow-up actions - Prepare and submit consolidated
relevant reports to team leader weekly - Participate in workshops and
discussions on quality and customer issues for improving the quality and
service of our developments
Requirements:
- Degree/ Diploma in Architecture/
Engineering/ Building or equivalent - Good communication skills and
meticulous - At least 3 years of working
experience in related field - Experience with Contractor would
be an advantage
