ASSISTANT MANAGER, PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT
Across Singapore
Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize the design and creative aspects of the interior and architectural designs for individual projects and brief the Management to ensure conformity to organization’s and management’s requirements
• Co-ordinate with consultants and contractors as well as undertake design work and studies for benchmarking and product development
• Assist and participate in the space planning and conceptual design process of project proposals, including detailing of the item being designed
• Conduct general design review of our development projects
• Ensure that works are carried out in accordance with approved plans and contract specifications.
• Constantly monitor the progress schedule so as to ensure that works are not unnecessarily delayed by either the contractors or the consultants
• Evaluate and report project performance and progress
Requirements:
• Degree in Architecture/ Design or Building Sciences
• Candidates with Degree in Architecture with 10 years’ relevant experience in residential and commercial projects in the areas of master planning of mixed-use projects, project planning, development management, feasibility studies and cost control
• Good understanding of design, detailing, building regulations and the project implementation process is essential.
• Ability to understand from a commercial perspective would be an advantage
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills
• Track record in assuming overall responsibility for several projects at a time
• Experience in Luxurious property development project is an advantaged
