electrical components to the trucking, mining, marine and other heavy
engineering industries as well as OEM distributors since the past many years.
They are a major distributor for some of the largest brands and names in the
industry today. Due to expansion and growth they are now seeking to add a
Business Development Manager to their team.

The Role:
Reporting to the General Manager, in this role you will
be required to go out and seek new business across the company’s product range
and services. You will be required to build relationships and negotiate high
value contracts for the business. You will also be required to ensure a high
level of on-going service and customer satisfaction through your relationship
management activities.

What Is Required?
The ideal candidate for this role will possess 3-5
years of sales experience and preferably knowledge and experience of auto
electrical products. You will also have ideally sold to the trucking, mining
and/ or defence industries. You will have excellent presentation and
communication skills and will be able to develop relationships at all levels
quickly. More importantly you love building new relationships and pride
yourself on your negotiating ability.

What Is On Offer?
Of offer for the right candidate is a base salary of
$65k-$75k + Super + car allowance + uncapped commission structure but a
realistic OTE of $110K+. Also on offer is to be part of a great company culture
and a team with potential for growth in your sales career.
