	Brookside Dairy Limited – Kenya, a market leader in the Great Lakes Region’s dairy sector, is seeking to recruit a qualified and experienced individual to fill in the position of Country Manager, Uganda based at the Brookside Kampala Depot. Bropkside’s vision is to be the Market Leader in East and Central Africa for milk and dairy products and be the benchmark in the industry in Africa. POSITION: COUNTRY MANAGER Reporting to the General Manager, Sales and Marketing Key duties to include the following: Manage sales operations Achieve agreed sales targets and growth objectives Identify growth opportunities and recommend action plans for achievement Set clear and measurable objectives Implement agreed trade promotions
	Minimum Requirements At least five year’s experience in selling FMCG Sales management skills Aggressive and result oriented Prepared to travel and work long hours Should have a Bachelors degree in business administration with bias in marketing
