Our Client, a global IT organisation is seeking the
services of an Asset Management Administrator with Hardware Asset Management
experience.
The Asset Management process tracks dedicated hardware
and software assets used in support of SO
contracts throughout the asset lifecycle as defined by customer contractual
obligations and or global

best practice requirements.

Position Summary and Responsibilities:
  • 2 years + previous Hardware Asset Management
    experience
  • Understanding of hardware and it’s relationship
    to software licencing
  • Manage the asset lifecycle acquisition to
    retirement
  • Review of monthly reports generated by Asset
    Management team
  • Excellent communication skills
Experience / Knowledge
  • Previous experience in an Asset
    Management essential
  • Previous experience in SO or ITD delivery
    organisation
  • Previous experience with Lotus Notes, ISM-TAMIT,
    MS Excel (Intermediate) MS Access (Basic) BOND, Quickforms, order Now
    highly desirable
This role will suit a positive, self starter able to
work individually or as part of a team.  Strong problem solving/analytical
skills and the ability to understand and communicate within the team and with
all outside groups.

Must have previous proven hardware asset management experience.
