description
- Responsible
for the effective overall management of the estate, including environment,
communication, information, infrastructure, building controls, security,
community,
contractual issues, health and safety. - Reporting
to the board oftrustees. - Liaison
and supervising of the appointed security company, fence maintenance
company,
biometric/entry company, any other companies appointed to provide services
to the estate. - Any
other duties assigned by the trustees.
Requirements
- Applicable
tertiary education. - Relevant
proven experience at general management level. - Clear
understanding of good management and business principles and practices. - Leadership
skills. - Management
skills. - Interpersonalskills.
- Project
management skills. - Listening
and negotiation skills. - Ability
to manage and resolve conflict situations. - Computer
Literate. - Citizen
- Bi
lingual
