description

  • Responsible
    for the effective overall management of the estate, including environment,

    communication, information, infrastructure, building controls, security,
    community,
    contractual issues, health and safety.
  • Reporting
    to the board oftrustees.
  • Liaison
    and supervising of the appointed security company, fence maintenance
    company,
    biometric/entry company, any other companies appointed to provide services
    to the estate.
  • Any
    other duties assigned by the trustees.

Requirements

  • Applicable
    tertiary education.
  • Relevant
    proven experience at general management level.
  • Clear
    understanding of good management and business principles and practices.
  • Leadership
    skills.
  • Management
    skills.
  • Interpersonalskills.
  • Project
    management skills.
  • Listening
    and negotiation skills.
  • Ability
    to manage and resolve conflict situations.
  • Computer
    Literate.
  • Citizen
  • Bi
    lingual
