1. Project Manager – should be a graduate building professional with solid experience in large projects – minimum of 7 years.
2. Licensed Architect – should demonstrate work done – minimum 5 years.
3. Quantity Surveyor – must demonstrate experience in large operations – minimum 5 years.
4. Civil and Structural Engineer – minimum experience of 5 years.
5. Clerks-of-Work (3 posts) – minimum 5 years.
6. Marketing Manager – needs wide experience in marketing.
7. Finance and Administration Manager – needs to have proper professional financial qualifications. Minimum 7 years experience.
