Team Lead, Subsea Operation
(Singapore)
Responsibilities:
Operations Supervisor will support process from quoting job through pre-job customer relations, equipment selection/load-out, personnel coordination, on-going job support, equipment return, and post job close-out through final invoicing. Responsible for managing the maintenance of company owned equipment so that it meets customer and regulatory requirements. To review, implement and deliver customer requirements. Play an integral role in the management of offshore and onshore service technicians.
a) Tender process
b) Technical and commercial proposals for customer RFQs.c) Pre-job discussions
d) Resource management in preparation for load outs
e) Coordinate timely mobilization to customers
f) Job support (personnel and equipment)
g) Demobilization from job
h) Post Job close-out
Ensures all customers’ requirements are met in terms of personnel, equipment availability and service standards
Liaise with Sales Team, and Singapore Supply Chain and Operations teams to provide technical, operational and administrative support.
Establishes and builds strong customer relationships overtime that allow for continuity and on-going representation reinforced delivery programs and communications to other relevant company functions or departments.
Ensure performance quality Feed Back is received by customer at job and/or contract conclusion to assist in continuous improvement process.
Requirements:
• Proven QHSE and EEP participation
• Ability to develop and implement plans and strategies.
• Knowledge of Subsea Operations
• Knowledge of hydraulic / pneumatic systems
• Knowledge of upstream oil production industry
• Written and verbal / oral knowledge of English language.
• Able to converse on technical subjects.
• Preferred 10 years of working experience in the Oil Field Service Industry
• 5+ years in offshore service environment
