Engen Rwanda Ltd Commercial Representative Job Vacancy in Kigali, Rwanda

Engen
Rwanda Ltd is a petroleum dealing company and is seeking to recruit an
energetic, result oriented and a self driven person to fill this position,
reporting to the Sales & Marketing Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Identifying business opportunities and keep
updated about any developments and new projects for existing customers and
prospects.
To monitor the competition and formulate
strategies aimed at gaining and developing the market share.
Monitor the commercial customers by regular
visits to ensure that their needs are satisfied i.e. delivery time,
regular orders.
To manage the Customers accounts.
Ensure proper transmission of invoices and
customer statements.
Ensure the collection of pending payments and
their delivery service fund.
Prepare and
participate in weekly meetings for the Credit Committee.
Monitoring and unsure compliance with
standards and security rules.
Ensure the proper functioning of equipment at
customer sites in compliance the headquarters.

Qualification and Skills:

A Bachelors degree in Marketing,
Electra-mechanic engineering or related disciplines.
Should have at least 3 years experience in
Sales and Marketing.
Strong knowledge on development of marketing
strategy.
Good communication and networking skills.
Ability to seek information.
Ability to work in fast paced environment and
provide good customer service.
Should posses a driving license and 2 years
experience.
Fluent in English, French and Kinyarwanda.
A good knowledge of lubricant would be an
advantage.
