Working within a national reporting structure, you
will handle a broad base of disciplines within the firm providing HR guidance
and advice. Disciplines cover Property, Litigation, Insurance, Workplace
Relations and all Shared Services. This opportunity has arisen as the firm plans

with the National Manager and provide a full range of HR services to the
business and be a key contributor to the local culture through compliance,
recruitment, facilitation and policy and procedure guidance.

You will handle:
- Generalist HR activities and administration
- Recruitment of professional, support and graduate
staff - Advice directed through the National HR team on
firm employment issues always seeking a localised and common sense outcome - Facilitate induction and training locally
- Support projects and initiatives that support the
firms strategy nationally - Champion compliance to HR policies internally,
whilst looking for continual development - Identify and advise on retention and exciting
employee initiatives that the firm is rolling out nationally
You will pride yourself on your outstanding and calm
communication skills and ability to have a common sense approach to Human
Resources.

Ideally your experience will be 3 years plus in
