Job Title: Human Resources Consultant (3 months project)
Summary
A Community Based company is looking to recruit a highly motivated, hard
working and bright individual to work as its Human resources consultant in a 3
month project.
Duties to Include:
Developing a HR Strategy to achieve the following:
A staff survey summary answers on remuneration, management and development of
staff
A complete remuneration structure for the organization (containing local and
expatriate professionals) that would compare with other large health
institutions in Tanzania or the market rates.
Development of a career development plan for all positions at the company,
containing clear paths mapped against job families and career ladders.
Provide options in tackling medical professional skills shortages in the Region
with short and long term cost implications.
Provide a succession and talent management plan across all the Professional
Cadres.
Develop a performance management system.
Work Experience / Skills:
Extensive knowledge and experience in strategic HR preferably in the developing
world
Qualifications:
Masters in HR or any related discipline
