als to join our team as:

• Ensure molds are
  production ready
• Perform mold
  preventive maintenance per company guidelines.
• Perform
  machining, polishing, welding, and benching as needed.
• Repair and/or
  build new fixtures, jigs, and gauges as needed.
• Manufacture core
  pins and/or mold inserts as needed.
• Document mold
  repair and time spent on jobs.
• Accurately use
  gauges, calipers, etc. to check molds, fixtures, and jig quality.
• Work on special
  projects when needed (automation).
• Assist and
  communicate with key personnel regarding status of mold repairs.
• Maintain and
  promote a safe and hazard free work environment.  Follow all safety
• procedures and
  guidelines.  This includes wearing personal protective equipment
• as required (ie:
  eye protection, hearing protection, gloves, etc.)  
• Be capable of
  working overtime as required.
• Be capable of
  working “on-call” status as required.
• Routine daily
  maintenance of work area to ensure that it is neat, clean, and organized
• to the approval
  of your immediate supervisor.
• Understand and
  participate in 5S activities as assigned by your superior.

• Ability
  to effectively use tool room equipment.
• Ability
  to read mold drawings.
• Ability
  to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
