Our top priority as an organization is scaling in
Uganda and expanding to new countries. In Uganda, we took a big leap in 2014
from 54 to 238 schools and over 80,000 students. We are now laying the
groundwork for international expansion starting with Rwanda (we signed an
Memorandum of Understanding with the government this year), Kenya, and
Cameroon.

We have already developed dynamic, high-performing
leadership teams in Uganda and the US, and as we expand internationally we are
building a top-tier global team to manage our programs and operations in
multiple countries while also starting from scratch in new countries with the
goal of hiring equally exceptional teams. The Global Recruiting Team Lead will
be at the center of growing our team internationally. We need someone sharp,
creative, and ambitious to lead the growth of our global team and work with our
local HR teams to build capacity in each country we work in. For the right
person with the right experience, this role could include broader talent
functions.
