We are now seeking for a highly qualified individual to fill the position in our Group Office:

Temp / Perm Accounts Asst / Exec Wanted URGENTLY
Accounts Assistant (3 mths Temp)

Job Responsibilities:
• Handle all admin matters for subsidiary office
• Forwarders Export Sub-Certificate
• Liaise with Forwarders and Vendors for GST Sub-Certificate
• Invoicing matching vs GST Sub-Certificate and filing
• Prepare Payment Voucher and cheques, and update cashbook
• Bank, Creditors and Debtors Reconciliation
• Update Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable in the spreadsheet
• Updating SAP
• Other ad-hoc duties

Accounts Executive (Perm)

Job Responsibilities:
• Operations and full set reporting
• Prepare Audit Schedules and attend to Audit Queries
• Quarterly GST preparation
• Prepare Loan documents (for drawndown, rollerover, repayment, etc)
• Intercompany Confirmation
• Monthly Forecast and Monthly Review
• Prepare Quarterly reports, commentary and forecast
• Annual Budget
• Updating SAP
• Other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements:
• NTC / Diploma in Accounting with at least 1 year of Accounting experience
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Those who have experience with SAP will be an added advantage
• Good communication skills in English
• Meticulous and careful, possess an eye for details
• For Temp positions, must be able to commit to duration required

Other Information:
Working Location: Kallang Ave (Subsequently shifting to Suntec City in July’11)
Working Hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 6pm
