Ecobank Malawi Limited a leading Pan African bank with presence in over 36
African Countries requires the services of highly experienced and motivated individuals
to fill the following vacancy
Reporting to the Head, Information Technology, the IT Infrastructure and
Network Officer’s key responsibilities will include Network management,
Administration and Security, Network Operating Systems configuration,
documentation and maintenance, Interface with service providers, Negotiation of
Service Level Agreements, Managing wide area network, Metropolitan network and
Local area network, Network capacity planning, Negotiating and monitoring
appropriate maintenance and service level agreements, Managing telephone
systems including VOIP, video conferencing, call centre systems, etc, Network
and hardware equipment inventory management, PC and server configuration,
troubleshooting and maintenance
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or relevant field and Certification in
Network Administration preferably CISCO, At least 3-5 yrs of experience
Effective strategic planning and knowledge, Excellent Customer Service, Ability
to work under pressure and with strict deadlines
