East-West Center is inviting applications for graduate degree fellowship. This
fellowship is available for students from Asia, the Pacific and the USA to
participate in the educational, residential and leadership development programs
at the East-West Center while pursuing graduate study at the University of
Hawai.
The overreaching aim
of establishing the East-West Center was to transform the public higher
education to improve quality and efficiency of teaching and learning, creating
a world-class higher learning institution.
The East-West Center
promotes better relations and understanding among the people and nations of the
United States, Asia, and the Pacific through cooperative study, research, and
dialogue.
GRE and GMAT scores
are required by some University of Hawai‘i academic programs. Because the
Center is responsible for submitting applicant’s application to the University
they need to submit their official GRE or GMAT score report to the
East-WestCenter in order to complete their UH application. Official GRE and
GMAT score reports should reach EWC by mid-January so as not to delay the UH
admission process.
