We are currently seeking a dedicated Site
Coordinator to join a highly respected organisation based in the Gympie
region. Applicants from the employment services industry will be highly
regarded. Ideally we are seeking an experienced applicant to start as soon as
possible in a perm

anent full-time opportunity. The remuneration on offer for
this role includes a salary of $47k+super+benefits.

The purpose of the Site Coordinator is to assess
and coordinate new job seekers and to ensure that the day to day contractual
activities of the site are coordinated effectively.
The duties and responsibilities for this fantastic
Career Opportunity include;
  • Coordinating all contractual administrative
    needs of the site
  • Monitoring & evaluating progress of the
    site toward results and objectives
  • Training & updating staff on contractual
    & compliance requirements
  • Continuously look for opportunities to improve
    compliance processes
  • Managing caseloads appropriately, ensuring
    assessments and job seeker flow in line
    with processes and contractual requirements
  • Conducting assessments to determine
    appropriate servicing stages
  • Reviewing job seeker existing circumstances to
    determine appropriate action
  • Proactively maintaining a high level of job
    seeker attendance
  • Ensuring administration and support is 100%
    completed – including end of month, leave forms, payroll information and
    vehicle logs
  • Recognising customer service – customers are
    provided with positive feedback and feel welcomed and informed at all
    times
  • Compliance & internal auditing is
    conducted and maintained
  • Commitment to Workplace, Health and Safety for
    all supplied staff
  • Maintaining company database and accurate data
    entry
  • Having an open communication with employers
    and job seekers at all times
  • Building successful relationships that
    demonstrate reliability, trust and rapport
It is essential that applicants can demonstrate;
  • Extensive experience in the employment
    services industry
  • A Certificate 4 in employment services,
    community services, mental health would be highly regarded
  • High level of knowledge of DEEWR Contractual
    obligations, desirable
  • Strong communication skills with the ability
    to manage conflict situations in a proactive and professional manner
  • Flexibility as an employee to cope with
    changes & last minute requirements
  • Compliance experience
  • A positive attitude, you are assertive yet
    empathetic and display a high level of emotional resilience
  • Critical decision making skills & the
    ability to work under pressure
  • Time management and high attention to detail
