DOF Subsea provides project managed and engineered subsea construction, inspection, repair and maintenance, survey and positioning services.
We are looking for Senior and Principal Structural Draftspersons to join our design & drafting team. In this role you will provide drafting and design support to tenders and project teams, undertake project specific drafting tasks (e.g. structural design & fabrication drawings, rigging & deck arrangements and procedural drawings), and conceptual design development. These roles also involve mentoring & training more junior drafting staff, leading and organising drafting teams and workloads on various sizes of project, and contributing to drafting systems improvement at DOF Subsea.
The ideal candidate will hold at least 5 years experience (12 years for Principal position) as a Structural or Subsea Draftsperson in a design environment, with at least some of this being in the oil & gas or mining industries, plus excellent communication skills. Commitment towards team collaboration and focus on delivering results will be vital to success in this role.
