Our client is seeking an experienced Property
Manager to join their team in its Western suburbs office. This award winning
agency is known for being one of the top performers in the industry and has a

You will be offered full leasing and administration support and hours of work
are Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm with only 1 in 2 Saturdays!


Duties include but are not
limited to:

• Routine inspections
• Liaising with
tenants/landlords

• Managing arrears
• Outgoing and ingoing
condition reports

• Ensuring Maintenance and
repairs are actioned & responded to promptly

To be considered for this
role you must have:

• Proven & solid
experience in a Property Management (2 Years minimum)

• Excellent time management
and organisation skills

• Positive attitude
• Strong customer service
focus

• Hold your agents
representative certificate (Essential)

• Experience in the use of
REST is highly advantageous
