This multinational
organisation is seeking an IT professional who wants to take on a consulting
role and be part of IT Service Management implementations at clients across
Australia. This role will include your p
articipation in all the delivery life
cycle from software customizations, presentations, integration and staff
training.

Ideally you will
have:

• A
  development background with scripting experience using VBScript,
  JavaScript, HTML or equivalent.
• Exposure
  to Service Management/ Service Desk software.
• Practical
  experience with relational databases like MSSQL or Oracle
• Computing
  Degree
• ITIL
  awareness

And even better if
you additionally have:

• Experience
  in the IT Services sector
• ITIL
  certification
• Experience
  of JBOSS or Websphere
