Customer Service Officer Job Vacancy in Singapore – Unilite

Our client is a MNC in the manufacturing & distribution of communication & system products in a customer service/technical support function.
Responsibilities:
Provide customer service and support to customers over the service counter (across communication, business solution & professional AV products)
Attend to walk-in customers and handle customers’ enquiries relating to service scheme, spare parts purchases, redemption of premium gifts, as well as receive and release customers’ products

Requirements
GCE ‘A’ level/Diploma holder with some customer support experience
Recent ‘A’ level or diploma graduates are welcome to apply
Pleasant disposition with initiative and tenacity
A good team player with ability to work independently
Proactive with good communication skills
Fluent in English and Chinese
Work hours: 8.30am-5.00pm (Mon-Fri) & 8.30am-2.00pm (Alt Sat)
