The Catholic Relief Services (CRS) is inviting
applications for International Development Fellows Program (IDFP) for
the 2014/15 academic year. Each year, CRS places approximately 20-25
fellows for 8-12 months to increase overseas experience and exposure
to CRS programs. Specific job responsibilities vary greatly from one
country to another depending on the country program’s focus. To be eligible for
these fellowships, applicants must be legally authorized to work in the USA and
have at least 12 months overseas work or volunteer experience in a developing

-Professional proficiency in French, Spanish, Arabic, or Portuguese. French
preferred.

-Ability to operate effectively in a stressful, fast changing environment where
security could change unexpectedly.

Selection Criteria: Catholic Relief Services considers all applicants on the basis of merit

Notification: Approximately 125 candidates will be selected from October through mid
January for phone interviews. Of these, 50-60 will be chosen for a full day of
interviews in Late February/early March. Interview Invitations will be extended
