CREATE Foundation is the peak consumer body for children and young people in care. We are a not-for-profit organisation connecting and empowering children and young people in care and improving the care system through activities, programs, training and policy advice.
We currently have an exciting opportunity in our Alice Springs office for a Senior Trainer/Facilitator to support the NT CREATE team to deliver programs and services to children and young people with a care experience. This role should inspire connection, empowerment and change through fun and creative events and by providing leadership for children and young people who are in our Young Consultants program.
Your energy, self motivation and task orientation will see you succeed in this challenging role. A confident communicator, you will be equally adept at presenting to groups as you are developing relationships with young people. Your core working hours will include some weekend work and you will need to be flexible to travel within the state. You must also be able to ability to work independently and to take responsibility for managing your office.
