Job description:
This a great opportunity to join a fantastic and exciting high street retailer.
As Store Manager with this ever growing retailer your main responsibility will be to maximize the sales and profit opportunities for the store.
MUST BE ABLE TO:
• Lead and inspire the staff.
• Ensure that there is consistently an excellent level of customer service.
• Ensure store costs are managed within agreed budget levels and that every opportunity is sought to maximize store profitability.
• To consistently act as an ambassador for the brand and ensure that the sales team follow your example.
• Maintain high store standards
• Actively provide training to staff so they are able to perform their jobs efficiently and effectively.
• Ensure that all company policies are adhered to by all staff.
• All relevant administration is required to be completed on time and that all financial, cash handling and security procedures are adhered to.
MUST HAVE:
• A minimum of 1 to 3 years of management experience, preferably within fashion retail.
• Outstanding operational skills.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional communicational skills.
• Strong sales drive.
