Job description:
HR RECRUITMENT COORDINATOR WITH GERMAN- DUBLIN – €25,000 DOE

In partnership with its client CPL is currently seeking an experienced HR Staffing Administrator for a permanent role based in Dublin.

The Client:
Our client first opened its doors in Ireland in 1985 with a small manufacturing facility employing just over one hundred people. Since that time, they have grown to encompass four distinct operations at its campus in Dublin, employing over 1,200 full time employees and 700 full-time contract staff.

Role Purpose
To manage all staffing administrative processes end to end, including job posting, interview scheduling and offer process management

Job Responsibilities:
– Open job requisitions in, publish to e-rec and post to internal/external careers site
– Post job openings to internal and external job boards and close openings once hiring process is complete
– Manual upload of CVs/resumes that come through from other sources eg agency
– Facilitate staffing process, including answering candidate questions related to staffing admin
– Scheduling of phone screens prior to interview where required
– Scheduling of all interviews
– Travel and accommodation booking for interviews
– Support administrative aspects of all offers: create external/internal offers for candidates after receiving required information from Staffing Consultant
– Responsible for collection of visa documents and processing visa paperwork
– Managing expense re-imbursement and invoice payments including PO processing and accrual management
– Initiate relocation process with re-location centre or appointed team in your area. Assist candidates with benefit questions as appropriate
– Assist with reference checking – collecting reference information, arranging telephone reference calls, conducting telephone references if appropriate
– Ensure new hires are correctly set up in the system. Clear hand off to HR Ops for New Employee Orientation
– Source management including regular recruitment agency updates on agency candidates and ensuring employees who have submitted employee referrals are kept updated via the employee referral tool
– Collate and send out various monthly staffing newsletters eg Area, Intl Senior jobs etc
– Provide recruiting reports and analysis on a weekly, monthly or quarterly basis to Talent Acquisition Leads (TALs) or other members of the Staffing Team, including updates against all Key Performance Indicator’s (KPI’s) if no Staffing Associate Lead in your area)
– Support Staffing Consultants from an admin perspective with any hiring projects such as hiring days, website maintenance and diversity hiring events
– Partner with other Staffing Associates to ensure best practice sharing, process improvements and consistency in approach

Skills and Experience (Qualifications):
BA/BS degree in business administration, human resources or related discipline
Staffing or HR administration experience
Supporting teams across multiple countries
Reporting and analytical experience
Administrative experience supporting multiple locations and/or businesses
Strong organizational skills,
Very high attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to prioritize work from multiple clients in a high volume environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
