Job Responsibilities
• Allocating work duties to Team Members
• Carrying out daily inspections of all bedrooms.
• Reporting and follow up on any maintenance issues
• Scheduling and supervising deep cleaning and any other projects
• Ensuring that all Accommodation staff performance is to the standards required
• Providing excellent guest service
Job Requirements
• Previous experience in a Accommodation supervisory role
• Good organizational skills, problem solving ability and an eye for detail
• Good communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
