Starting off in this fantastic position will see you:
• Leading the way in customer service
• Merchandising
• Dealing with volume stock
• Being Commercial to maximise Sales
• Achieving sales targets and KPIs
• Dealing with HR issues with your staff
• Coaching, developing and inspiring your staff
• Reporting to your Store Manager and being Support to the entire store
