Job description: Staff Nurse – Aged Care – Wicklow
In partnership with its client, Cpl Healthcare is currently seeking experienced Staff Nurses/RGNs for permanent roles based in Wicklow.
The Client:
Based in Co. Wicklow within a short walking distance to public transport, this beautiful 50 bedded Aged Care facility offers an excellent standard of care with particular attention to each individual clients’ needs, promoting a quality of life and independence through a friendly and professional service.
Job Responsibilities:
• To provide efficient and effective direct care to the residents
• To be hands on with the total care of the residents
• To be involved in the care planning and assessment in any care service
• To be familiar with the HIQA standards
Job Requirements:
• Registered General Nurse with 2 years minimum experience in the Aged Care sector
• Full An Bord Altranais registration – www.aba.ie
• Fluent English and valid Irish work permit essential
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Hours are shift-based
