There will be job related training ensuring your continual development and also an opportunity to utilise your academic learning in a commercial workplace.

The positions are full time & permanent with on the job training, thus allowing you to further develop your skills. If you are interested in applying for one of these positions you must be available to start by the beginning of July 2011.

To be a success in Commercial you will need to have an analytical mind and have the desire to be part of a results-driven team in a high performing organisation.

The commercial hub of our dynamic business and likened to a Stock Market trading floor, in Lates we maximise revenue and margin in line with both departmental and overall business objectives. So it’s all about effectively managing capacity, sales volumes, revenues and costs in order to provide a highly competitive product offering that exactly meets our customers’ needs and work for our bottom line too.

There will be job related training ensuring your continual development and your strong interpersonal skills, ability to be assertive and your behavioural flexibility will give you the opportunity, during your placement, to also become involved in more complex/sensitive issues and negotiations which will prove a beneficial basis for working within a management position within any area.
