Corporate Sales Executive
Main purpose of the job:
To maximize MTN Rwandacell market share through the acquisition, development and maintenance of both current and new strategic corporate accounts.
BRIEF DETAILS OF PRIME RESPONSIBILITIES
• Maintain MTN Rwandacell corporate accounts base and ensure that they are using MTN Rwandacell products as their plain telecommunication solution
• Acquire new corporate accounts by executing the corporate sales strategy to grow the base Prospect potential customers through regular sales calls
• Provide sales support including but not limited to after sales service for corporate account customers Increase awareness of MTN Rwandacell’s products and services within the corporate market by planning product education and enhancement to assigned accounts.
• Update all corporate accounts with regard to tariff changes, new products development, handsets and corporate packages.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on sales activities
• Ensure that all corporate accounts have undergone proper credit vetting and monitor performance in line with credit vetting policy
• Provide after sale service for corporate account customers
