The key
responsibilities of the role include:
- Managing &
co-ordinating the Drill & Blast activities on site. - Development of drill and
blast design. - Drill & Blast scheduling.
- Monitoring and improvement of
processes and systems. - Monitoring of compliance
The
successful candidate must have the following:

- Relevant engineering
qualifications - 3-4 years experience in a
similar role at large-scale mining operations, preferably with Iron Ore. - Strong communications skills
- Strong leadership skills
