expansion, is urgently in search of PROJECT MANAGERS, SITE
ENGINEERS, QA/QC ENGINEERS & MECHANICAL ENGINEERS to their dynamic
project teams.

ENGINEERS
Responsibilities:
- To prepare structural concept design for
building by incorporating clients and authority requirements
- To co-ordinate and work with structural
consultants during detailed design and construction stages
- To assist the Site Manager and ensure that
the site activities are executed in accordance with specifications
budget and time schedules
PROJECT
MANAGERS
The
incumbent shall be the key representative of the Company to interact with
the Client, to plan, organize and execute the project management
activities, and ensure that the project is executed in full conformance
with the design standards and specifications, on time and within budget.
Responsibilities
- Assume leadership role in managing the
appointed consultants
- Work in partnership with the support team
to award the sub-contracts on time
- Resolve all site related matters with site
management team and consultants
- Resolve all contractual issues with the
Client
- Handover the completed works to the Client
at the end of the project
MECHANICAL ENGINEERS
Responsibilities:
- Involved in planning, controlling and
coordinating of mechanical and electrical works
- Verify project drawings and technical
specification
- Conduct periodic meetings on site
coordination and progress matters
- Monitor M&E work documents and shop
drawings coordination
- Monitor work-in-progress and ensure smooth
implementation of projects in accordance with scheduled
datelines
- Manage subcontractors
QA/QC ENGINEER / OFFICER
- Responsible for incoming and outgoing
inspection of products and materials to ensure quality compliance.
- Evaluate, implement and improve quality
processes.
- Drive and implement quality management
systems and ISO standards
- Evaluate site operation and procedures to
identify areas for improvement,
- Perform routine
site inspections and quality reporting.
- Responsible for implementation of QA/QC
system for providing more efficient onsite construction work.
REQUIREMENTS
SITE ENGINEERS/PROJECT MANAGERS
- Degree in
Civil engineering/Structural/Construction
- Min 2 years of relevant experience –
Site Engineer
- Min 5 years of Supervisory experience –
Project Manager
MECHANICAL
ENGINEER
- Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical engineering
- At least 2 years of relevant field
experience
- Knowledge in M&E work in construction
industry
- Independent and able to meet tight
deadline
QA/QC ENGINEER
- Diploma in architectural or construction
relating studies
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Experienced in administration of quality
assurance programme preferred
- Knowledge of CONQUAS or Greenmark will be
a plus
- No experience required
